I recently needed to have two new power points installed in my home, but I wasn’t quite sure how the installation should be done or what the best options were for interior walls. Thankfully, the electrician from Westline was extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to my needs, offered excellent solutions, and provided clear and honest advice, which made the whole process much less stressful. What impressed me most was Westline’s professional approach and the promptness of their service. The technician arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was tidied up afterwards. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Westline again in the future.

Absolute legends! Had a pesky old off-brand smoke alarm that was chirping all day and couldn't figure out how to unmount it to replace the battery. A few attempts resulted in it going off 😬 Since it was a small job, the team helped me unmount it over the phone free of charge! Very helpful and would highly recommend.

They were great with communication, provided a quote quickly and booked me in. The guys that came to do the actual job had all the info and drawings so knew what he was doing. They were realistic with the expectations as well explaining why certain things wouldn’t work. I wanted a power point in a really tricky spot and they made it work. They also patched up the wall fantastically and were really thorough with cleaning up.

Turned up on time, were courteous, efficient and just very good to deal with. Even though they were clearly very busy, I got excellent correspond via email, paid a deposit before full payment, organised a time to come and do the job, which was seamless.
